We offer two options:
Starter Cycle: $49/week or $196/month
Chill Cycle (XL Bag): $69/week or $276/month
Both include pickup, wash, dry, fold, and next-day delivery.
What’s the difference between the Starter and Chill subscription?
Starter Cycle is best for individuals or light laundry use (fits 20–30 lbs).
Chill Cycle is ideal for families or larger loads (fits 30–40 lbs).
Both plans offer the same high-quality service, just different bag sizes!
How does the weekly subscription work?
Once you subscribe, we’ll schedule a recurring weekly pickup. You don’t have to rebook each time — it’s automatic.
You’ll receive reminders, and our valet will pick up your laundry on the same day each week.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes! Life happens — you can pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime through the app or by contacting us.
Is pickup and delivery included?
Absolutely. Pickup and next-day delivery are always included in your subscription at no extra charge.
Do you still check and sort the laundry?
Yes — every bag is inspected, sorted by color and fabric type, and treated with care. You can also leave custom wash instructions in the app.
Where is the service available?
We currently offer Cycle Subscription services in Bedford and Halifax, Nova Scotia. We’re expanding soon — stay tuned!
What happens if I forget to leave my laundry out?
No worries — we’ll send you a reminder beforehand. If we miss the pickup, we’ll try to reschedule within 24 hours or roll it into your next scheduled week.
