Welcome to Spin Cycle Laundry & Chills (“Spin Cycle,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By using our laundromat, drop-off, pick-up & delivery, business account services, and SpinCycle Loyal+ program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

1.1 Self-Serve – Customers are responsible for operating machines properly. Instructions are provided in store. Spin Cycle is not liable for damage caused by misuse of machines.

1.2 Drop-Off Service – Laundry is washed, dried, and folded based on standard practices. We do not guarantee removal of all stains. Items are handled with reasonable care, but Spin Cycle is not responsible for normal wear, shrinkage, colour loss, or manufacturer defects.

1.3 Pick-Up & Delivery – Orders must be scheduled through our app, website, or phone. Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is ready for pick-up. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Spin Cycle is not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic).

1.4 Business Accounts – Special pricing and invoicing are available for approved businesses. Separate agreements may apply.

2. Payment

2.1 All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2.2 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged (e.g., business accounts).
2.3 Accepted payment methods: cash, debit, credit, or through our online booking system.
2.4 Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Do not include items such as:

Cash, jewellery, or valuables.

Hazardous materials, chemicals, or items contaminated with body fluids.
3.2 Customers are responsible for checking all pockets. Spin Cycle is not liable for damage or loss caused by foreign objects (e.g., pens, coins, keys).

4. Liability

4.1 We exercise reasonable care with all laundry. In the rare case of loss or damage, Spin Cycle’s liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) the replacement cost of the item (up to a maximum of $100 per order), or (b) 10 times the cost of the service.
4.2 We are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or colour fading.

Damage from weak fabrics, manufacturer defects, or “dry clean only” items mistakenly included.

Delays due to events outside our control.

5. SpinCycle Loyal+ Program

5.1 Members earn 3% Laundry Credits on eligible Drop-Off and Pick-Up & Delivery orders.
5.2 Credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Spin Cycle services.
5.3 Referral rewards and promotions are subject to change without notice.
5.4 Spin Cycle reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Self-Serve – No refunds once a machine has been started.
6.2 Drop-Off / Pick-Up & Delivery – Cancellations must be made before processing. If cancelled after processing, charges still apply.
6.3 Refunds, if granted, are issued as service credits.

7. Privacy

7.1 We collect and use customer information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).
7.2 Your personal information will only be used for providing laundry services, processing payments, and offering promotions if you opt-in.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
