How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Most orders are delivered next day.
What is included in the $69 Chill Package?
The Chill Package includes:
- Up to 30 lbs of laundry
- Free pickup & delivery
- Premium detergent + fabric softener
- Next-day delivery
- Extra weight is $1.50/lb.
What happens if my Chill Bag goes over 30 lbs?
If your load exceeds 30 lbs, the extra weight is charged at $1.50 per pound.
You will always be notified on your invoice with the final dry-weight amount.
Do you accept bedding, comforters, and duvets?
Yes, we do!
However, these items have separate pricing:
Twin/Double Comforter — $18
Queen — $22
King — $25
Blanket/Duvet Cover — $15
Pillows/Small Cushions — $5
These are not included in the Chill Package or Laundry Pass weight.
Do I need to have my own laundry bag?
Nope!
You can use any laundry basket or large plastic bag (just label it with your name).
Do you mix my laundry with other customers’?
Absolutely not!
We value cleanliness and privacy — your laundry is always washed, dried, and folded separately.
Can I request specific detergent or fabric softener?
Yes!
We follow your exact washing preferences — whether you prefer hypoallergenic, scent-free, or brand-specific detergents.
You can include these instructions when booking online (under “Special Instructions”).
What if I’m not home during pick-up or delivery?
No problem.
Just leave your laundry in a safe, accessible spot (porch, concierge, or front door) and let us know in the notes.
We’ll text or email once your laundry has been collected or dropped off.
How does the $199 Laundry Pass Subscription work?
The Laundry Pass includes:

4 weekly pickups
